Recipe: Brussel sprout hash

I have learned to like Brussels sprouts...here is tonight's recipe for you to try if you are just learning to enjoy them like me!
-wash, chop and shred Brussels sprouts
-add a diced, cored and pealed green apple
-cook on medium for 5 minutes stirring
-add cranberries and a zest of lemon. Your hash is then complete!
