I LOVE to organize! And being organized helps me eat better, have time to workout and keep my sanity with 4 little kids. Better yet I am teaching them time management and organization skills (I sure hope!!). Sharing my best tips with you!!


How to organize closets

The project I am most proud of is the remodeling job I did on my kitchen cabinets. They were previously a lovely builder grade golden oak. I thought I was going to rip out the cabinets and replace them...except when I found out that this would have been about $40,000. Yikes! Plan B went into effect and I decided to mess around with some Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. Check out my results below.

When I first experimented with painting over my builder grade cabinets I started with a project that was on a smaller scale...my bathroom cabinets. The results were great and I chose Rust-oleum product.

What happens when you first move into a house? Especially with little kids? Things are ALL over. You never have a minute to catch your breath and you need to get your house in order. I had the opportunity to help out this individual get her home office, bedroom closets (her and the children) and bathroom organized. The result was AMAZING!!
