21 Day Fix~10 min abs
The 21 Day Fix program comes with a 10 minute ab workout on each DVD. I like to do this ab workout a few times a week. It is 5 minutes of abs which are then repeated again with the same moves. The last 1 minute of the abs are a "bonus round" and some tough moves! Don't forget to do abs a few times a week!!!
