Day 10~I don't live by the above chart. I just try to eat the best I can. I probably am somewhere in between 1,200-1,799 calories. How about you?
I am loving the Fix workouts but I am missing Body Beast. I keep telling myself that this is a good break from weight lifting but I am anxious to get back to that program.
Today was Lower Fix and I loved working my legs. I also squeezed in a 2.5 mile run. Not a bad workout day. Workouts keep me sane with 4 kids. It is my mental health pill!
