21 Day Fix~what are the workouts?

READY TO WORKOUT?

In case you misplaced your booklet here are the workouts. The Fix is designed to be a 30 minute workout for each day of the week, all designed to keep your body moving while helping to keep you injury free. 

The two additional workouts (Barre Legs or Flat Abs Fix* are also 30 minutes) and available as a separate purchase or with the Ultimate package. I personally did buy these and will be rotating them in. If you want to purchase visit www.novakbefit.com

Week 15-21 DO YOU WANT TO DOUBLE YOUR WORKOUTS? 
If you want more dramatic results or like a 60 minute workout you can choice to do double workouts. Research shows that your resting metabolic rate is elevated for several hours after exercise. So for an additional results kick, the Fix has an optional doubles week, to be utilized from Days 15-21. This second workout, to be done at a different time of day, will help you rev your metabolism, burn calories and bring you closer to your goals.
