Meal planning is so overwhelming

I am overwhelmed by the options of what to make and how many containers each thing would make. This time I relied on Pinterest to see what some creative people have whipped up. I cannot believe what amazing recipes people have designed and made. I wish someone could just come in my home and make it for me! I am going to try to replicate some of these goodies and I will share what is a success.
