My personal vow to myself is to take time to focus on ME. Which means when I have 60 minutes without 3 other kids in tow (one was in play practice) I am packing up whatever I gear I need and giving myself the gift of time with no kids to squeeze my workout in.
Here I am doing 21 Day Fix Extreme in an empty mall while I waited for my daughter to finish play practice. How did I do this do you ask? By being a Team Beachbody Club Member I was able to log in from my mobile device and do my workout. Fantastic!
