Baked Tempeh



Recipe for Baked Tempeh:
        makes 1 serving

  • 4 oz of tempeh
  • 2 tbsp braggs amonino (can be found at Whole Foods)
  • 2 tpsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
Mix all ingredients a bowl (except tempeh). Place tempeh in a baking dish and pour marinade over tempeh. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Turn once to marinade both sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes on each side.
