Ultimate Reset recipe ~ Hearty Vegetable Miso Soup

Ultimate Reset recipe ~ Hearty Vegetable Miso Soup
(makes 8 servings)


  • 8 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 16 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 8 gloves garlic, chopped
  • 8 medium carrots, cut in thin diagonal slices
  • 8 medium celery stalks, cut into thin diagonal slices
  • 4 tsp peeled giner
  • 2 cups brocoli florets
  • bag of fresh green beans chopped
  • 2 cups bok choy
  • 8 tbsp green onion
  • 8 tsp miso paste (mixed with 16 tbsp hot water)
  1. heat oil in saucepan over medium-heat 
  2. add onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and celery
  3. cook and stir frequently for 5 minutes
  4. add water, cook at a gentle boil on low for 10 minutes or until veggies are tender
  5. add broccoli, green beans, cabbage and cook until tender-crisp for about 5-7 minutes
  6. remove from heat 
  7. add sesame oil, green onion and miso, mix well
