Optimal time to do the reset for optimal results


You need to be mentally prepared to do this reset. Not only emotionally but at a place in your life when you have time to meal plan, cook and devote quite a bit of time to these items. It is not a quick mix and go. You need to need to be able to spend time meal planning, list making, grocery shopping and cooking your meals. Organization and support by your coach (pick ME!) will be key in making this program a success.


When NOT to do the reset:

  • you are going on vacation, have an out of town trip, get away planned, etc.
  • you don't have any support
  • make sure you are not pregnant, nursing or have a brand new baby
  • no races or competitions planned (you cannot work out on the reset)
When TO DO the reset:
  • when you can meal plan
  • time to grocery shop
  • when you can take a 3 week break from working out
  • when you are trying to improve your internal system and want to refresh it!
