I pride myself on being a very healthy person. I don't do things fast or unhealthy. When I dropped 4 pounds in 3 days on the reset I wanted to re-evaluate and make sure that I was losing weight in a healthy manner.
I contacted Beachbody to see their advice for people in my situation. No problem they said, just add an extra serving to the optional snack (or have a snack if you aren't having one). Of course I was eating a snack already so I just upped the quantity.
Losing weight is great but you want to be able to maintain weight.
