Best travel TIPS to stay on track

Let's face it...it is fun to pull out your suitcase and pack for a trip. But what if your travel is not a few times a year event but more like EVERY WEEK? How do you make it happen so you can stay on track with your fitness and not gain 10 pounds every month? 

My hubby has devised his fitness plan with a few essential items:


  • Shakeology packets (available in all flavors and very convenient to throw in your carryon or suitcase).
  • mini blender (He loves the Magic Bullet)...yes he has been stopped by TSA multiple times about the blender but according to the rules (and he has called the supervisor over). This blender is allowed in a carryon as it is part of the blending device.
  • workout shoes & clothes...obvious but if you forget them you can't stay on track
  • BEACHBODY ON DEMAND!!!! Best invention ever! You can sample some new workouts or continue a workout you were doing at home all from the convenience of a computer, tablet or phone. Beachbody On Demand has a wide selection of Beachbody workouts available on the site. You pick the program and push PLAY!
