In Phase 1: Reclaim the goal is to begin a daily regimen of supplements and follow the Beachbody approved menu. You are slowly preparing your body for change. You'll slowly remove the stress on your digestive system and help get your body back to a healthy ph balance. You will gradually remove red meat and dairy from your diet.
The supplements were actually very simple to understand and take. It comes with a handy cart but basically you are taking them as follows:

*10-30 shakes of mineralize
*2 capsules of optimize
-Wait 30 minutes
-Breakfast
-wait at least 2 hours and then:
